Randy Balzarano

Randy Balzarano has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Randy started their professional career as the General Manager and Owner of Harry's 2020 Fillmore Corp, where they successfully managed all aspects of a bar and restaurant. Randy demonstrated strong business acumen by analyzing sales goals, implementing cost-saving measures, and overseeing a large staff.

Following this, Randy worked at TRUMPETTE as a Sales Manager and Human Resource Manager. In this role, they excelled in wholesale sales, marketing, and management for a high-end baby and toddler clothing manufacturer. Randy successfully acquired major retail clients and developed client-specific sales strategies. Additionally, Randy established and managed the HR department, including drafting policies and procedures and managing employee relations.
