Karoline Lem has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Karoline started their career at Connecting in 2011, where they worked in marketing and promotions until 2013. In 2012, they joined TV 2, Norway's largest commercial broadcaster, as a social media manager. During their four years at TV 2, Karoline worked on high-profile events such as the Olympics, Tour de France, and Premier League. In 2013, they began working at Red Bull as a student brand manager, conducting product tests and building brand awareness. From 2016 to 2018, Karoline worked as a project manager and communication manager at Red Bull, responsible for developing marketing plans and maintaining strategic partnerships. Currently, they are employed at foodpanda since 2019, initially as a marketing manager and now as a marketing lead.

Karoline Lem completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree at James Cook University Singapore from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, graduating in 2013. In 2012, they also completed an exchange semester at the University of California, Berkeley.
