Guy Miquelon

Guy Miquelon has a strong background in the food and beverage industry. guy started their career as a food & beverage director at Hotel Nelligan and Hotel Place d'Armes from 2002 to 2008. guy then transitioned to a director of operations role at Houston Canada Inc. from 2013 to 2021. In 2017, they joined MTY Food Group as the director of operations for Industria Pizzeria & Bar, where they stayed until 2021. guy also held a position as the director of operations at Group Industria/Houston from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they work at Foodtastic as the director of operations for Monza.

Guy Miquelon obtained a Bachelor's degree in physics from the Université de Montréal, where they studied from 1983 to 1985.
