Shachar Heppner

Shachar Heppner is a skilled professional in the field of food technology and processing, currently serving as a Manager at FoodTech Nation since September 2022. Previously held the position of R&D Technologist at MAOLAC from October 2021 to October 2023, and interned at Strauss Group as part of the kitchen hub. Experience includes a research assistant role at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and serving as an Intelligence Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Additionally, Shachar guided young new nature guides with the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel. Shachar Heppner holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Technion (2018-2022) and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at the same institution.
