Jayanti Tambe

Jayanti Tambe is a seasoned academic and educational leader with extensive experience in early childhood education and human development. Currently, Jayanti serves as a Professor at Foothill-De Anza Community College District and as the NAEYC A.A. Degree Accreditation Coordinator at De Anza College, with additional responsibilities as a Peer Reviewer for NAEYC Early Childhood Associate Degree Accreditation. Previous roles include Executive Director at UCLA Early Care and Education and various faculty positions at Pacific Oaks College, where Jayanti also directed the Institute of Community Research & Education. Jayanti's commitment to educational leadership is underscored by a solid academic background, including a Master's degree in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College and ongoing PhD studies in Transformative Social Change at Saybrook University.
