Wilfrido Rivera

Wilfrido Rivera has work experience in the field of IT support engineering. Wilfrido started their career in 2012 as an IT Support Engineer at Dataproducts de México, where they were responsible for various tasks including providing support to employees, performing maintenance and backups, and remote support. Wilfrido also worked as a Systems Intern during this time. In 2016, they joined Clover Wireless as an IT support specialist, supporting computer equipment, users, and programs. Wilfrido also trained other employees to provide support within the company. Most recently, they joined Footprint in 2022 as an IT Support Engineer.

Wilfrido Rivera received their degree in Tecnologias de la Información from Universidad Politecnica de Baja California, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Mtro. Jose Vasconcelos Calderón for a degree in Informática para oficinas from 2006 to 2009.
