Heather Hoover

Heather Hoover is the founder of Calluna Consulting, specializing in small business consulting services focused on customer experience through effective communication and organization, since June 2024. In January 2024, Heather began working as a travel advisor at Fora Travel. Prior experience includes senior account management for luxury spa and hospitality partnerships at Soothe, where responsibilities encompassed partnership operations and account management success. As Director of Operations & Business Development at Knead, Heather achieved a 25% increase in yearly revenue and transitioned the business model to virtual offerings during the pandemic. Additional roles include spa management at Briar Barn Inn and Indigo Salon And Day Spa, general management at Fitness Together®, and guest services management at Homewood Suites by Hilton. Educational qualifications include studies at UMass Boston, Greenfield Community College, and Centenary College, along with a degree in riding instruction and equine training.
