Courtnie Cho

Courtnie Cho serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at Bright MLS since September 2019, where the company has been recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one of the most diverse employers in the Washington Metro area in both 2021 and 2022. Additionally, Courtnie is an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council since August 2020. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Neustar, Inc. from March 2009 to April 2019, and partnership at CMCS, a boutique executive search firm, from October 1999 to December 2009. Courtnie also held the position of Director of Internal Recruiting & HR Operations at Aerotek, contributing to significant revenue growth during tenure.
