Ariadna Riba

Ariadna Riba has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. In their most recent position at ForceManager, they serve as an Onboarding Specialist, providing customer service and assistance with their CRM platform. Prior to this, Ariadna worked as an International Sales Specialist at Addurno Mediterranean Seafront Real Estate, where they guided and assisted clients in marketing and purchasing seafront properties. Before that, they worked as a Lead Management Specialist at Globelusters Media, where they provided customer service assistance and managed leads. Ariadna also gained experience as a Central Operations Associate at Amazon, where they served customers and monitored team performance. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Assistant at KIWITEL and held multiple roles at CALL ECOPLANA SL, including Store Sales Manager and Sales Assistant. Additionally, Ariadna worked as an Assistant Bar Manager at Bar-Restaurant Els 5 Sentits and as an Executive Management Assistant at SOLEDISPA JOFFRE.

Ariadna Riba has pursued their education in psychology at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2020 to 2024, where they obtained a Licentiate degree. Alongside their formal education, Ariadna has also obtained several certifications. In May 2022, they completed the "Accessing Your Brain's Hidden Potential" course offered by LinkedIn. Additionally, in the same month, they obtained a certification in ForceManager CRM from ForceManager. Ariadna has also completed a course on "Google Apps: Tips, Tricks, and Techniques" through LinkedIn in May 2022. In April 2022, they obtained a C1 Certificate (Advanced) from Cambridge Assessment English. Prior to these certifications, Ariadna had already acquired the Certificat ACTIC from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) in May 2021. Furthermore, they obtained a B2 Certificate (First) from Cambridge Assessment English in July 2018.
