Chaitra Hegde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, industrial engineering, and operations improvement across leading companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Data Science Team at Ford Motor Company since April 2024, Chaitra previously held various roles at Apple, including Manager of the Product Team, focusing on machine learning and infrastructure to enhance manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes positions at Dräger, where responsibilities encompassed project management and continuous improvement using LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies, and at IM Flash Technologies, implementing standardization and cost reduction strategies. Chaitra's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from RV College of Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
