Pamela Jeffrey

Pamela Jeffrey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT and automotive industries, currently serving as the Ford Pro Product Group Manager at Ford Motor Company since August 2000. In this role, Pamela leads the delivery and integration of IT products aimed at enhancing the online experience for Commercial Vehicle customers. Previous positions include Senior IT Global Product Integration, Delivery & Transformation Manager for Parts, Service & Logistics, Connected Vehicle Embedded Modem IT Program Manager, and Enterprise IT Program Manager. Prior to Ford, Pamela held the role of Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Consultant at Accenture Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Industrial Engineering, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), all obtained from the University of Michigan.
