Tavio Palazzolo

Tavio Palazzolo is an experienced technical program manager specializing in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and autonomous vehicle integration at Ford Motor Company since October 2013. With a comprehensive background in electrical integration and program management, Tavio has successfully led cross-functional teams, managed budgets, and resolved integration issues while ensuring alignment with engineering milestones. Prior to Ford, Tavio held engineering positions at Control Point Corporation and Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included developing verification plans, conducting integration testing, and managing requirement specifications. Tavio holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management, along with a minor in Physics from Albion College.
