Trang Nguyen has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR operations, total rewards, benefits, compensation, and employee relations. Trang currently holds the position of Sr. Director, HR Operations and Total Rewards at Forescout Technologies Inc. In their role, Trang oversees HR operations and total rewards strategies. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Benefits and Compensation at Signify Health, where they managed benefits and compensation programs. Trang also served as a Senior Compensation Analyst at AccentCare, Inc. and Topgolf, where they contributed to job pricing, market salary evaluation, and cost analysis. Trang gained experience as an HR Manager at Trintech, handling legal issues, labor relations, and HR administration. Trang has also worked as a Sr. HR Generalist at OpenText and Global 360, providing HR support, managing policies, procedures, and employee engagement. Trang began their HR career at Goodman Networks and GRUMA as an HR/Payroll Administrator. Trang's diverse range of experience has equipped their with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and operations.

Trang Nguyen obtained an Associates degree in English from the University of Oklahoma from 1988 to 1994. In 2010 to 2011, they attended Texas Woman's University and earned a Bachelor's degree in General Studies, with a focus on English and History.
