Tamara Brooks has over 25 years of experience in the customer service, training and project management fields. Tamara began their career in 1994 as a Surgical Technician in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged. In 2000, they joined PayPal as a Quality Assurance Advisor where they managed 19-30 analysts per week, emailed and answered incoming calls/emails regarding user accounts, and provided consultative/technical guidance on a website. From 2002 to 2005, Tamara worked as a Retail Services Trainer and Assistant Branch Manager at Great Western Bank, where they facilitated training sessions for new and existing employees, worked with the Operations Officer to set policies and procedures, developed new training classes on banking regulations, and supervised nine tellers and three personal bankers. From 2005 to 2006, Tamara worked as a Training Specialist at Securities America Inc., where they scheduled classes, monitored and evaluated training activities, and performed administrative duties for the course developers and the human resources department. In 2006, Tamara became a Branch Manager at Metro Credit Union-Omaha, where they directed all operational aspects, provided training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel, and assessed local market conditions. From 2012 to 2016, Tamara worked as an Area Manager at Alorica, where they managed 15 Dedicated Customer Service Managers, maintained client satisfaction, and listened to and resolved customer complaints. From 2020 to 2022, Tamara worked as an Enterprise Project Manager at Orion Advisor Solutions, where they reviewed RFPs, attended prospect meetings, established project plans, and led the onboarding process for Enterprise clients. Currently, Tamara is a Customer Success Manager at Foresite Cybersecurity & Compliance.
