Sheona Bello

Sheona Bello has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sheona began their career as an intern at Style Counsel Australia in 2012 and later worked as a Social Media Intern at Get Glossy in 2013. Sheona then joined Commercial Furniture Makers Australia Pty. Ltd as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they also had an internship at Pixel Light.

Bello's marketing experience includes roles at Forethought Research as a Marketing Associate from 2015 to 2016 and as a Marketing Intern from 2014 to 2015. Sheona also served as the President of the Monash Marketing Student Society from 2014 to 2015 and held various positions within the society from 2013 to 2014.

In 2015, they worked as a Program Executive at The Dream Collective and joined Forethought as a Business Analyst for Travel & Leisure in 2017. Sheona then progressed to Consultant roles from 2018 to 2020 and became a Senior Consultant from 2020 to 2022. Sheona achieved further growth within the company, serving as an Associate Vice President from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Americas at Forethought, starting in 2023.

Bello's involvement in professional organizations includes being a Young Pro Advisory Board Member at the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) since 2022.

Outside of their professional career, Sheona Bello freelanced as a writer for magazines and websites like Esperanto Magazine, Lot's Wife Magazine, Profitalist.com, and RebelleSociety.com, from 2013 to 2014.

Sheona Bello completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Marketing) from Monash University from 2011 to 2016. During the same period, they also earned a Diploma of Languages in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Monash University. In 2016, they briefly studied Spanish and Iberian Studies at the University of Navarra. In 2022, they attended Harvard Business School for a program on Design Thinking & Innovation.
