Ryan Hofmann has a diverse work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Ryan started their career in 2006 at Overstock.com, where they held positions such as Email Marketing Manager and Director of Pricing. At eBags, they served as the Director of Retention Marketing and successfully turned around the declining email channel sales trend. Ryan also worked at Oracle, where they were the Director of Retail Industry Solutions, conducting omnichannel retail marketing assessments and developing roadmaps for customer engagement. Ryan'sexperience also includes roles as Chief Brand Strategist at Listrak and Chief Marketing Officer at Global Access™. Most recently, Ryan worked at Thrive Causemetics Inc. as the Vice President of Digital and is currently the VP of CRM and Channel Marketing at Forever 21.

Ryan Hofmann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In December 2019, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
