TJ Fennell has over 14 years of experience in visual merchandising and operations, with a comprehensive background at Forever 21 since September 2009, where TJ currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Field Visual Operations on a national level. Previously, TJ held various positions at Forever 21, including Field Visual Operations Manager for the East Coast and Regional Visual Manager for the East Coast, among others. Prior experience includes a role as a Brand Representative in the Visual Team at Abercrombie & Fitch from September 2006 to August 2009.
