Alicia McDermott

Alicia McDermott has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Alicia began their career in 2006 as a Behavioral Health Case Manager at Greater Nashua Mental Health Center. Alicia later worked as an Adult - Clinical Access Coordinator at the same company from January 2009 to August 2014. During their time at Greater Nashua Mental Health Center, Alicia McDermott gained valuable experience in clinical coordination and case management.

In 2014, they joined Centene Corporation as a Program Specialist I (Social Worker) and later became a Supervisor, Service Coordination. Alicia held both roles simultaneously, with the former from August 2014 to April 2016 and the latter from April 2016 to April 2022. At Centene Corporation, Alicia McDermott excelled in providing service coordination and supervisory support.

Most recently, Alicia McDermott joined Forge Health as a Compliance Manager in April 2022. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

From 2004 to 2006, they enrolled in Rivier University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Development, with a minor in Social Work. Lastly, from 2016 to 2019, Alicia pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
