Tim Woody

Tim Woody has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Director of Compliance at Willapa Behavioral Health & Wellness since August 2023. Before that, they owned their own business called Leadosophy LLC, where they focused on enhancing mission effectiveness, leadership, and organizational growth. Tim also worked as an Organizational Development Analyst at Willapa Behavioral Health from March 2019 to March 2021, where they analyzed existing procedures and coached executives on system thinking and leadership development. Prior to that, Tim served in various roles in the U.S. Coast Guard, including as a Risk Management Specialist & Facilitator and an Aids to Navigation Officer. Tim also served as the Commanding Officer at Fire Island Coast Guard.

Tim Woody completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Florida Atlantic University from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they pursued further education at Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership.
