We are looking for someone with: 

  • Experience in a new business sales role, in a SaaS organization.

  • Track record of exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.

  • Expertise strategically selling partnerships in client environments such as associations and/or communities.

  • Experience evaluating prospect qualification; navigating sales journeys of varying timelines.

  • Ability to draw conclusions through information gathering and cascading questioning approaches.

  • Active listening and summarizing/restating skills.

  • Collaborative, humble approach and the ability to work effectively in a team selling environment with business development, sales, and executive internal partners.

  • Authentic interest in, and curiosity about, prospect/client businesses, challenges, opportunities.

  • Ability to objectively evaluate a buyer’s journey and accurately assess sales stage and potential.

  • Ability to consume and understand prospect financial data, drawing conclusions, and calculating potential return on investment.

In this role, you will specialize in: 

  • Exploring current practices of prospects, identifying opportunities for Forj’s expertise to solve/improve.
  • Guide and teach prospects toward an understanding of Forj solutions and relative application for prospects’ environments.
  • Investigate and reach out to potential prospects using direct and indirect methods.
  • Evaluate and document activities in HubSpot

This role can be remote or hybrid in the Milwaukee, WI area. Relocation support is not available.
