Amanda Kowalczyk

Amanda Kowalczyk is currently the Computational Biology Manager at Form Bio, starting in March 2023. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Senior Computational Biologist at the same company. Before joining Form Bio, Amanda worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University from October 2021 to January 2023 and at the University of Pittsburgh from June 2021 to August 2021. Amanda obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computational Biology with a focus in evolutionary genomics from Carnegie Mellon University from 2016 to 2021. Amanda also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Biology with a Writing Minor from Westminster College (PA) from 2012 to 2016.
