Gernot Kalcher is currently the Vice President of Product and Technology at Formative, where Gernot leads various teams in delivering cloud solutions and applications for clients such as Kaiser Permanente and University of Washington. Gernot also oversees Formative's digital transformation and information security program. In the past, Gernot served as the Group Director of Product & Engineering, Founder of Summer Camp Scout, Owner of GernotKMedia, and Founder & CEO of Lavalobe. With a background in digital arts and executive education in innovative technology leadership from Stanford University, Gernot has a wealth of experience in product development, engineering, and digital media management.
