Matt Losey

EVP & General Manager, Probes Business Unit at FormFactor

Matt Losey has served as our Executive Vice President since 2022 and Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Probes Business Unit since 2016. Matt joined FormFactor in 2011. Prior to joining FormFactor, Matt held various positions in the semiconductor and microsystems industries, including Applied Materials, Texas Instruments, Sandia National Labs, and Advantest America where he served as the VP of Engineering for the probe card business unit acquired from Verigy.

Matt received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
