Ben Carpenter

Ben Carpenter has had a wide range of work experience. Beginning in 2002, they worked as a Forklift Operator/Inventory Manager at Hartville Marketplace and Flea Market. In 2008, they became a System Analyst Intern at Everstream, and in 2009 they were an IT intern at Ansaldo STS. In 2010, they held two positions simultaneously as an Internet Specialist at RJ Matthews Company and an Information Specialist at Allegheny Medical. In 2012, they began working at FormFire as a Front End Developer and Web Developer. Finally, in 2016, Ben began working at Cleveland Clinic as a Front End Developer, where they were responsible for leading technical decisions relating to front end code, including CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, Jquery, and AJAX implementation.

Ben Carpenter obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University between 2004 and 2008. Ben then went on to earn their Masters in Media Arts and Technology from Duquesne University between 2009 and 2011. Ben also attended Lake High School prior to their college education. In addition, Ben has obtained several certifications, including a Microsoft Certified - Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft in September 2013, an Internet Ben'story, Technology, and Security from Coursera in May 2013, and The Language of Hollywood: Storytelling, Sound, and Color from Coursera in March 2013.
