Beatrice Bernardi

Beatrice Bernardi has worked in various scientific roles since 2015. In 2015, they were a Visiting Researcher at Pontificia Universidad Católica Puerto Rico. In 2017, they were a Junior Research Scientist at Università degli Studi di Firenze. In 2018, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher and Doctoral Student at Hochschule Geisenheim University, where they were part of the International Training Network programme, Aromagenesis. In 2019, they were a Visiting Scientist at Novozymes. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Scientist at Formo.

Beatrice Bernardi has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from both Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Hochschule Geisenheim University, obtained between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science - MS in Biology, General from Università degli Studi di Firenze between 2014 and 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the same institution between 2011 and 2014. Beatrice also holds a certification in Esame di Stato Biologo A, obtained from Università degli Studi di Firenze in September 2020.
