Borbála Szabó has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Help Desk Agent role at HP Enterprise Services in 2008. In 2010, they began working as a Tour Entertainer and Event Organizer, Supervisor of the department responsible for children at Befasca S.L., where they were responsible for hotel animation, organization of free time sport activities, games for children and adults, public relations, marketing, show entertainment, and presentation of shows. Borbála also worked in teams and as supervisor coordinating a team of five people. In 2014, they took on a Customer Service Associate role at Walgreens. In 2015, they became an IT Support Technician at tecops personal GmbH. In 2016, they worked as both a Receptionist at Arcadia Hotel Berlin and an Information Technology Support Technician at Booking.com. Finally, in 2022, they took on the role of IT Manager at Formo, where they are responsible for designing and building the IT Department, as well as day to day operations and System Administration.

Borbála Szabó attended Moricz Zsigmond 8 years High school from 1995 to 2003, where they obtained their high school degree. From 2003 to 2007, they attended College of Szolnok and obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
