Sal Aroon

Sal Aroon has held various positions in the supply chain and operations field since 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as an Assistant Plant Manager & Planner at Valley Truss Co. From 2004 to 2008, they were a Production Planner at Masonite, then a Global Demand Planner, Manufacturing Services Manager, and S&OP chair at Day4 Energy Inc. from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2019, they were a Planning Manager, Senior Manager, and Director of Global Planning at Sierra Wireless, responsible for strategic planning & forecasting activities and inventory levels exceeding $30M. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been VP Operations, VP Supply Chain & Manufacturing Quality, and Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at FORM, responsible for overseas contract manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and distribution, as well as the establishment of a global D2C fulfilment network and execution of selling agreements/processes with Apple, Amazon and b8ta.

Sal Aroon has completed two programs of study, one in CPIM Program at APICS and one in Operations Management at BCIT.
