You pride yourself on delivering exceptional guest care. Using your knowledge to educate and give guidance to guests about skincare and products, which translates to sales. You thrive working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growth company.  This position is paid hourly.  Must be available evenings and weekends.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about skincare

• Confidence and a natural ability to build connections

• A believer in Fig and our vision

• Holds a Esthetics / Spa Therapist Diploma

A day at Fig may look like:

• Welcome guests

• Sharing expert knowledge of our services and brands

• Building meaningful relationships with our guests

• Perform skin treatments

• Chart procedures, process purchases and book services

• Communicate and collaborate with Fig Bar team

• Maintain a calm environment

• Standing and moving for 8 hours

Compensation: 

$22-24/hour
