Traci McWaters

Traci McWaters has over 18 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Traci is currently the Director of Finance at Formulated Solutions, a position they started in March 2023. Prior to that, Traci spent a year as a Volunteer Coordinator at Military Missions In Action. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Consultant at MedPharm Ltd, where they played a crucial role in the implementation of NetSuite and the restructuring of the company's financial department. Traci also has a significant background in leadership roles at CPS Energy, where they served as the Director Chief of Staff for PG Analytics and Operations, as well as the Director & Chief of Staff for Customer Engagement. Traci'sresponsibilities included strategic planning, KPI tracking, business planning, and preparing for board meetings. Traci has also held positions at Argonaut Insurance Co and Harland Clarke, both as a Senior Financial Analyst. In 2022, they took a short break from their career and was semi-retired.
