Shawnna Mullenax is a seasoned professional in audience analytics and research, currently serving as a Senior Audience Analytics Strategist at Fors Marsh since September 2024. Prior to this role, Shawnna held various leadership positions at PSB Insights from April 2018 to September 2024, including Vice President and Senior Director, Methodology & Analytics, where quantitative and qualitative studies were conducted to provide data-driven insights for clients. As a Graduate Researcher and Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, Shawnna focused on public attitudes toward gender equality and women's political parties for a PhD dissertation while also teaching upper-level political science courses. A brief tenure as a Research Consultant for USAID involved collaboration with academic researchers to support democracy and governance training. Shawnna holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in Political Science from West Virginia University.
