Hilde Kristin Teien

Hilde Kristin Teien is a highly experienced Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist at Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt - FFI, where involvement spans military science, soldiers' physical performance, warfighter effectiveness, and human thermoregulation, among other areas. With a career that began in 1996, Hilde has worked on various aspects of military clothing, physiological monitoring, and gender differences in combat integration. Additional experience includes roles as a Bioengineer at Dronning Ingrids hospital and as a Laboratory Assistant at Sykehuset i Vestfold, focusing on laboratory analyses and blood sampling. Hilde holds a Master's Degree in Biomedical from Oslo and Akershus University College, along with a BS in Bioengineering from Ålesund University College.
