Erika Swenton

Erika Swenton has extensive experience in healthcare management, specializing in home health services. Currently, Erika serves as Administrator for Fort Hudson Health System, Inc., overseeing operational, clinical, and financial aspects of the Certified Home Health Agency since May 2019. Prior to this role, Erika spent over a decade at St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center, where significant achievements included a zero deficiency re-survey by the NYS Department of Health and a notable reduction in patient hospitalizations through successful project management initiatives. Erika's career began in physical therapy with roles at Sports Physical Therapy of New York, P.C., where responsibilities included managing clinical operations and training staff.
