Edward Li has over 15 years of experience in software engineering, specializing in security and cryptography. Edward is currently employed at FORT Robotics as a Lead Security Engineer, where they are involved in R&D for security platforms. Prior to this, they worked as a Security Architect for MUFG Union Bank, a Principal Crypto Engineer for SAP, and a Project Lead/Software Engineer for Symphony.com. Edward has also held roles at Cadence Design Systems, PayPal, Vormetric, Polaris Wireless, Simton Corporation, and Symantec, where they developed encryption/decryption services, key management services, X.509 certificate services, and data security managers using various programming languages. Li has also co-authored a patent related to internet security for robotics endpoint controllers.
Edward Li earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Monmouth College in 1994. Edward then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Bradley University from 1994 to 1996.
