Sadegh Hosseinpoor

Sadegh Hosseinpoor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sadegh is currently employed at Forte Digital as a Data Engineer since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant as a Senior Associate: Data Scientist from November 2020 to September 2022, where they worked with industry leaders in manufacturing and healthcare. At Cognizant, they delivered data solutions including cloud migration, image classification on Covid-19, and developing Edge AI visual inspection solutions. Before joining Cognizant, Sadegh worked at Experis Academy Norway as a Consultant: Fullstack Developer from August 2019 to November 2020, where they completed a boot-camp and gained expertise in various technologies including REST API, web development, frontend, backend, and JavaScript. Sadegh also worked at Orkla Group as a Junior Consultant from November 2019 to October 2020, where they developed an in-house PoC intelligent vision system for quality assurance and gained experience in technologies like Azure Cloud Services and Python. Prior to their career in tech, Sadegh worked at MENY from February 2010 to December 2016 in various roles including Shift Supervisor, Cashier, Customer Service, and Stock Clerk, demonstrating their fast learning ability and ability to take on increased responsibilities. Sadegh has also worked as an intern at Huddly and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Oslo.

Sadegh Hosseinpoor completed their education with a High School Diploma in Science from Valler VGS in 2014. Sadegh then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatics, with a focus on Nanoelectronics and Robotics, at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2014 to 2017. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Robotics and Intelligent Systems from the University of Oslo (UiO) between 2017 and 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Sadegh also obtained various certifications. In December 2019, they received the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice and became an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer. In January 2020, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification. Sadegh also acquired Applied Machine Learning: Foundations, Docker for Data Scientists, Essential Math for Machine Learning: Python Edition, and Git Essential Training: The Basics certifications from LinkedIn, all in July 2020.

Furthermore, Sadegh achieved the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification in November 2022 and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate certification in June 2020. Additionally, they acquired the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2022.
