Victoria Karpinchik

Victoria Karpinchik has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and teaching. Victoria started their career in 2012 as a Teacher of English at School #14 in Brest, where they worked until 2014. Victoria then joined VRP Consulting as a QA Engineer and served in that role for five years until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Victoria worked at ISsoft as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2020, they joined Forte Group as a Salesforce QA Engineer and QA Lead, a position they currently hold. In 2023, they are expected to continue their career at Forte DGTL in a similar role.

Victoria Karpinchik completed their education at Brest State Technical University from 2013 to 2015, earning a Specialist degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Brest State University named after A.S. Pushkin from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages.

In addition to their academic achievements, Victoria has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they earned the ISTQB CTFL certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. More recently, in 2022, Victoria obtained various certifications from ICAgile, including ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Testing (ICP-TST), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project and Delivery Management (ICP-APM), ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), and ICAgile Certified Professional - Delivery at Scale (ICP-DAS).
