Bart Gasiorowski

VP of People & Culture at Fortress Information Security

As Vice President of People and Culture, Gasiorowski is responsible for strategic oversight and delivery of Fortress’ 3 pillars encompassing Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People Success programs. Gasiorowski aims to attract top talent into the organization, implement retention programs for sustainable people operations, and drive a purpose driven culture where employees feel valued, recognized, and challenged to perform with excellence.

Gasiorowski has been with Fortress for the past 6 years and was the company’s 4th employee. He was recruited based on his 15 years of proven Talent Acquisition experience in the technology space to create an effective human capital plan which delivered a vast number of leaders and staff to support the vision, growth, and success of Fortress solutions during its startup phase. In this role, Gasiorowski was responsible for the ground up creation and implementation of employee compensation and benefits, employee branding and recruitment, and human resources operations. Simultaneously, Gasiorowski operated Fortress’ sister company, Infoguard Staffing Partners which assisted federal organizations with staff augmentation and placement of human capital on federal contracts. Infoguard became a cleared facility supporting government contracts which now operates as Fortress Government Solutions. During his tenure, Gasiorowski also served as the Vice President of Cyber Security Solutions and brought on multiple utility clients into Fortress’ portfolio. He also led the A2V strategic partnership initiatives and attracted global vendors such as Hitachi ABB, Schneider Electric, OSI, HPE, and many more to participate in the Asset to Vendor network.

Gasiorowski holds a Bachelor’s in Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Gasiorowski has also attained an advanced graduate certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School (Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age) and is pursuing a Chief Human Resources Officer Program provided by Wharton Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
