Cep Gallegos

Cep Gallegos has a strong background in operations management, with extensive experience in various roles. Cep began their career at Nokia, formerly Alcatel, in 1982 as an Operations Manager, where they worked until 2002. Cep then joined iQor as a Senior Operations Manager for 15 years, from 2002 to 2017, before transitioning to the role of Senior Site Program Manager until 2018. Most recently, Gallegos has been working as the Director of Operations at Fortress Solutions since 2019.

Cep Gallegos holds a Telecommunications Certificate in Telecommunications Management from Collin College. In addition to this educational background, Cep also obtained the Amazon Red Badge certification from Amazon Robotics in May 2017 and the OSHA 10 certification from OSHA-Training.com in April 2013.
