Kathinka Blauenfeldt

Kathinka Blauenfeldt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance analytics, business development, and product management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Performance Analytics & Insights at Fortum since August 2018, Kathinka leads the Nordic business analysis team in the Insuring and Securing sector, focusing on delivering actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Previous roles at Fortum include Business Manager for Value Adding Services and Analysis Manager. Prior experience includes Business Developer Sales at Hafslund Strøm AS, and product management roles at Repsol, where Kathinka developed commercial strategies and product offerings for LPG in various markets. Kathinka holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics.
