Roman Strecker has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Roman started their career as a Management-Trainee at Bundesvereinigung der deutschen Arbeitgeberverbände in March 2012 and worked there until September 2013. Roman then joined EUV - Essener Unternehmensverband as an Attorney (Rechtsanwalt) from October 2013 to March 2016.
In 2016, Roman Strecker joined General Electric Deutschland Holding GmbH, where they served as a Senior Labour Relations Manager from April 2016 to June 2017. Roman was then promoted to the role of Executive Board Member / Labour Director and held this position until September 2020.
Most recently, Roman Strecker has been working at Fortum since October 2020. Roman initially served as the Vice President People Relations Germany from October 2020 to June 2021, and then transitioned to the role of Vice President People in July 2021.
Roman Strecker completed their A Level education at Stowe School in Buckingham, UK from 1998 to 2000. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and achieved the First State Examination at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg from 2001 to 2006.
