Julien Baudrand

Julien Baudrand is a seasoned professional in sustainability, health, safety, and community relations within the mining industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sustainability at Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. since July 2021, Julien previously held the title of Vice President – Health, Safety & Sustainability at Roxgold Inc., where responsibilities included managing community relations and environmental initiatives for the Yaramoko Mine in Burkina Faso. Julien's extensive experience includes senior consulting roles at JBM Consulting LLC, HSEC leadership positions at IAMGOLD, and foundational work in environmental impact assessment with the Ministry of the Environment of Quebec. Julien holds a Master's degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Science and a NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management.
