Amanda currently serves as the VP of HR Operations & People Services at Fortune Brands Innovations, where they are responsible for transforming HR service delivery and implementing a new HR operating model.

Prior to their current role, Amanda held several leadership positions at Therma-Tru Doors, including VP of HR | Total Rewards & HR Technology and VP of HR. Amanda led HR integration efforts for acquisitions and was the HR business partner for various departments within Fortune Brands Outdoors & Security.

Before joining Therma-Tru Doors, Amanda worked at Dana Corporation, where they held roles such as HR Service Delivery Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt. Amanda played a key role in outsourcing HR administration and implementing process improvement projects.
