Cynthia Hulse

Cynthia Hulse has extensive work experience in supply chain and process improvement roles. Cynthia currently serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Center of Excellence & Analytics at Fortune Brands Innovations. Prior to this, they worked at Fortune Brands Global Plumbing Group as the Director of Supply Chain Center of Excellence, where they successfully transformed the global supply chain capabilities to support $2B in revenue. Cynthia also established an advanced analytics program that significantly increased operational capability. Before joining Fortune Brands, Cynthia worked at The Timken Company, where they held various positions including Supply Chain Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Customer Relations Manager, and Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Specialist. Cynthia also has experience working at DuPont Performance Elastomers as a Six Sigma Black Belt & Lean Practitioner, Sr Development Engineer, and Development Engineer. Cynthia's expertise lies in driving operational efficiency, implementing process advancements, and leading cross-functional collaboration.

Cynthia Hulse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Polymer Science, both from The University of Akron. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Signature Select Graduate from Signature Leaders in 2017, Supply Chain Academy from The Supply Chain Academy in 2008, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from DuPont Performance Elastomers in 2003.
