Delphine Francois Chiavarini has an extensive work experience history spanning over two decades. Delphine began their career in 1997 at Cartier International as a Product Manager. Delphine then transitioned to LVMH, where they worked as a Brand Manager at Le Bon Marché. In 2000, they joined LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics as Group Brand Manager for Givenchy. In 2002, Delphine moved to Newell Brands as a Senior Marketing Manager. Delphine later joined Newell Rubbermaid in various leadership positions, including Vice President of Marketing and Sales DYMO EMEA, Senior Vice President General Manager DYMO, and Senior Vice President General Manager EMEA. In 2014, they joined Ecolab as SVP General Manager Food&Beverage North America. Delphine also served on the boards of SenesTech Inc. and Drink Local. Drink Tap. Since 2017, they have been with Fortune Brands Innovations, first serving as Vice President/General Manager US Retail Moen, then as Vice President General Manager Bath and Smart Water SBU, and currently as Vice President Global Marketing.

Delphine Francois Chiavarini has a Master's degree in Marketing from Audencia, which they obtained between 1994 and 1997. Delphine also completed a Washington Semester program in International Business and Trade at American University in 1995-1996. More recently, in 2008 and 2009, they completed executive programs in Marketing at The Wharton School and in Sales at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, respectively.
