Jocelyn Zappala

Jocelyn Zappala has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jocelyn started their career as an Admission Counselor at Albion College, where they were responsible for recruiting high school students. Jocelyn later became the Assistant Director of Admission, where they provided administrative management and supervision of admission counselors.

Jocelyn then moved to Whirlpool Corporation, where they held various roles in human resources. As the Key Accounts Specialist/Trade Partner Support, they were accountable for order management and ensuring quality service levels. Jocelyn also worked as an Organization Development Specialist and Manager, focusing on competency management, career development, and succession planning. In their role as a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner, they provided support to different sales channels, facilitated talent discussions, and led diversity initiatives.

Currently, Jocelyn is working as a Human Resources Director at Fortune Brands Innovations. Prior to this, they were with Owens Corning, where they held positions such as Human Resources Leader, HR Regional Leader, and Human Resources Director. In these roles, they provided strategic partnership, led talent strategy and organizational design, and navigated through challenging environments.

Throughout their career, Jocelyn has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in HR strategy and business partnership, and the ability to drive organizational effectiveness.

Jocelyn Zappala earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Albion College from 2000 to 2004. Jocelyn also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) - Executive degree from Bowling Green State University from 2013 to 2015.
