Luna Zhou

Luna Zhou has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Luna served as the Head of Compensation Benefits and Organizational Development - Asia at Fortune Brands Innovations from 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at Moen Incorporated from 2008 to 2018, where they held various positions including Compensation & Benefits Manager, Asia, Short-term Assignment for Global Compensation Project, and HR Manager, MSKB. Before joining Moen Incorporated, Luna worked as an Assistant C&B Manager at Firmenich from 2006 to 2008, and as an HR Specialist at Bayer Technology Services from 2005 to 2006. Luna started their career at Metro Cash and Carry as an HR Assistant, East BU, from 2001 to 2005.

Luna Zhou earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from East China Normal University. Luna later completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Hong Kong, specializing in International Business Administration (IMBA).
