Marty Thomas is an experienced professional with a background in operations and supply chain strategy. Marty has held senior leadership positions at Fortune Brands Home & Security, where they currently serve as the SVP of Operations and Supply Chain Strategy. Prior to that, they worked as an operations excellence consultant during their self-employment period. Marty also has significant experience at Rockwell Automation, where they held the role of SVP of Operations and Engineering Services. Before that, they worked at General Electric in various roles, including President and CEO of Trailer Fleet Services, GM of Acquisition Integration, and Manufacturing GM.

Marty Thomas received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University in 1981. Marty later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Xavier University's Williams College of Business from 1990 to 1993.
