Ricardo began their career as an Associate Consultant at Towers Perrin. Ricardo Piñeiros obtained a Master's degree in Marketing and Sales from Escuela Europea de Negocios from 2005 to 2006. Ricardo also pursued Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1996 to 2001. Furthermore, they completed the GRP program at WorldatWork in 2008 to 2009.
