Shelli Jorkos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shelli started their career at Therma Tru in 2001, where they held roles as a Safety Manager and later as a Customer Service Team Lead. In 2008, they joined Vera Bradley Designs as a Customer Service Manager, where they managed a team in a call center environment and made improvements to processes and customer satisfaction. In 2013, they returned to Therma-Tru Doors and took on the role of a Customer Service Manager, responsible for managing customer service teams and implementing best practices. During their time at Therma-Tru Doors, they also served as the Sr. Manager of Customer Service and Inside Sales, overseeing sales support functions and implementing lean methods. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Fortune Brands Innovations as the Director of Customer Service Outdoors.

Shelli Jorkos obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Defiance College, where they attended from 2006 to 2014. Shelli also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Production and Operations Management from Bluffton University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their college education, Shelli received a High School Diploma in General Studies from Fairview High School, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Dimensions Of Professional Selling as a Certified Trainer from Carew International in 2017.
