Trevor Maher

Trevor Maher has extensive experience in learning and development roles. Trevor is currently working as the Head of Learning and Development at Forty Winks since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at V/Line as a Learning and Capability Manager, where they were responsible for building early career programs and onboarding initiatives. Before that, they served as the Retail Training and Capability Lead at Salvos Stores from 2018 to 2021. Trevor has also held positions such as an Education Manager at Holmesglen Institute, National Learning & Development Manager at 7-Eleven, National Learning and Development Manager at ADP, Learning and Development Manager at Hamilton Island Enterprises, and Training Manager at Crown Melbourne Limited. Throughout their career, Maher has demonstrated expertise in program development, training implementation, and performance management.

Trevor Maher attended Swinburne University of Technology where they studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
