Romain Herpe

Romain Herpe serves as the Talent & Organization Development Director for Forvia Seating Business Group, overseeing a substantial turnover and workforce across 20 countries. Previously, Romain led Human Resources for Forvia's Hydrogen Solutions division, managing a growing team of over 700 employees. Romain has also held roles focused on HR analytics and compensation within Faurecia Clean Mobility. Earlier career experiences include consulting at Russell Reynolds Associates on executive assessments and succession planning, and a leadership specialist role at Capgemini Consulting. Romain holds a Master’s degree in Organizations and Human Resource Management from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution, with additional education at Rice University.
